GRAVA STU PITIRI CAVE

The Grava stu Pitiri cave is located in the village of Agii Deka. Some say that the cave is called Grava stu Pititri because there is a plot of land close to the cave that belongs to Pitiris. The cave has one room. The cave is 12.30 metres long, 4.40 metres wide and 2.50  metres high. The right hand side of the cave is the most decorated part. On the floor of the cave you see many broken stalactites. The decorations in the cave are very vunerable.

Fauna:

During a visit to the cave in 2019 two bats were spotted inside the cave, 1 Lesser horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus hipposideros) and 1 Greater horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum).
